Verdiem Makes Executive Appointments
Verdiem, a provider of enterprise PC power management software solutions, has announced the appointments of Brett Goodwin as vice president of marketing and Jim Flatley as vice president of worldwide sales. Goodwin previously spent six years as vice president of marketing and business development for Isilon Systems. Flatley had served for two years as executive vice president of field operations for Cassatt.

Drogosch Named New Mirial VP
Mirial, an Italian provider of products and solutions for audio/video communication over convergent networks, has named Brice Drogosch vice president of sales, America. Drogosch joins Mirial from Telanetix, where he was Western regional vice president of video sales.

Whalen Named SVP at ARRIS
Dan Whalen has been promoted to senior vice president of sales at ARRIS.
Whalen first joined the broadband technology provider in January 2008, serving as vice president of sales for its Comcast account.

Nelson Joins PTMS
People To My Site (PTMS) has announced their acquisition of Rob Nelson as a sales consultant. Nelson has worked in the automotive, motorsports, and aerospace industries for over 20 years, and most recently served as vice president of global brand strategy for the Arras Group.

CombineNet Taps Reddy as CMO
CombineNet, a provider of sourcing and optimization technologies, has announced the appointment of Jay Reddy as chief marketing officer. Reddy previously served as president and CEO of sourcing technology provider MindFlow Technologies, which he founded.

Umstattd joins HPN
The Hospitality Performance Network has named Kris Umstattd to the position of regional vice president. Prior to joining HPN, Umstattd spent 10 years in hotel sales with Marriott International and the Four Seasons.
