Gaming for Incentives
September 20, 2007
By Anne Marie Lee

Case study from Cascade Promotion Corporation (www.cascadecorp.com)

Industry: Gaming

Challenge: To augment the on-site amenities available for Players Choice Point Redemption by adding highly desirable brand-name merchandise.

Solution: Cascade developed a comprehensive suite of brand-name merchandise that worked to incentivize players to increase their frequency and/or their level of play. All catalog items are individually fulfilled to the player's front door.

Results: The addition of both catalog and special retail incentive merchandise options for player's choice members resulted in immediate results: 37 percent year over year rated slot handle growth and 40 percent year over year club enrollment increase.

The program is also helping them crush their gaming revenue budget while building patron loyalty.
