Start-to-Finish introduces LinkedUp corporate program to incentive market
By Jeanie Casison

Diamond lovers will delight over the Start-to-Finish LinkedUp program. The Birmingham, Alabama family owned and operated jewelry wholesale business recently launched the unique program which requires participants to build their own award over time.

"We foresee the items being used in a number of ways—to recognize and employee of the month or years of service, to reward implemented suggestions within a continuous improvement program, and to incent sales or superior service," says Renee Singer, president of Start-to-Finish LLC. "Other possible uses of the product may include winners of tournaments or competitions, simple appreciations for a job well done, thank you gifts and holiday bonuses. Companies with existing in-house campaigns can easily add our products to their mix, as can online, points-based incentive program providers.

LinkedUp begins with a simple diamond link bracelet, which consists of one or more 14k gold and diamond links attached to a removable gold-filled snake chain. A new link can be purchased to add to the chain, each time a participant reaches an important milestone or accomplishment, ultimately resulting in a beautiful tennis bracelet once complete.

The LinkedUp program features six styles in white or yellow gold with a variety of diamond sizes. Drop-shipping of the initial purchase and follow-up installation is taken care of by Start-to-Finish. Due to fluctuations in the gold and diamond markets, prices may change.
