Investing in the Future of Incentives April 23, 2008 PRA Destination Management New York and SITE partner to give scholarships

As August approaches, the Society of Incentive and Travel Executives (SITE) and PRA Destination Management New York are looking for three up-and-coming incentive professionals to award the SITE Academy for Young Leaders 2008 Scholarship. According to Patrick Sullivan, president of PRA New York and president elect of SITE, the scholarship "gives back to the young people in the industry and gives them more exposure to the incentive marketplace."
Applicants must be a deserving student of young person under the age of 35 with less than two years in the incentive industry; and submit a one-page essay on why they are pursuing a career in the incentive industry and how SITE membership will benefit them.
The SITE Academy for Young Leaders Scholarship will allow three non-member to attend the Academy (August 3 to 6 in New York City), and include registration, three nights housing at the InterContinental, The Barclay New York and SITE membership through December 31, 2009.
