Realizing a return on investment is a top priority for most organizations. HR professionals and others responsible for implementing employee recognition programs can better assess the impact of initiatives on the bottom line with this easy to use tool that provides a gauge on financial risks and rewards. The Employee Recognition Calculator helps users to establish a simple performance based measure of ROI for recognition. They can determine a baseline performance rating for the workers that they wish to measure, using a scale of one to five. The calculator goes further to pinpoint the value of what the employees are being measured on. After a value is established, employees can be rated at the completion of the recognition program.

Since its launch, the Employee Recognition Calculator has been used by several retailers to create weekly scorecards which allow employees to accumulate points based on the scores they achieve weekly.
