Siemens Unveils New Service Packages April 10, 2009
Siemens, a provider of enterprise communications solutions, has announced the availability of new OpenScale Operate service packages to help organizations manage their communications infrastructure. The new service offerings allow organizations to take advantage of Siemens' global service delivery network to cover multivendor environments, as well as hybrid environments comprising legacy, TDM-based voice, and converged SIP-based voice and data networks. OpenScale Operate service packages consist of three standard offerings—Essential, Essential Plus, and Assurance—designed to provide service level consistency at a per user price.
