BlueArc is utilizing the LearnCenter platform from Learn.com to streamline its company-wide training and development by augmenting its live instructor lead training with self-paced Web-based training, expanding available course load for its worldwide sales and services teams.
In addition to providing 24/7 access to training online, BlueArc is using the LearnCenter to offer video instruction, internal talk shows, and whiteboard "chalk talks." The company also offers tailored content tied to job roles as well as a library of specialized content available to all employees.
