May 07, 2008
New Canon PIXMA iP100 Mobile Printer appeals to business travelers
By Jeanie Casison

Busy business travelers have the perfect compact companion to their laptops with the new PIXMA iP100 Mobile Printer from Canon. Allowing professionals to conduct business virtually anywhere, the lightweight iP100 fits easily on a small space or into a carry-on bag. With optimal performance, the new PIXMA iP100 is the first mobile printer to deliver a maximum color resolution up to 9600 x 2400 dpi1 along with fast printing speeds.

"Incentive planners should consider the PIXMA iP100 Mobile Printer because it allows people traveling for business to change things on the fly. It's very small, compact and lightweight," says Terry Markwart, director of special accounts for Consumer Imaging Group Canon USA. "It's also very fast; it can produce 20 pages per minute in black, 14 pages in color and photo quality borderless 4x6 prints in 50 seconds."

In addition to image quality, speed and portability, the PIXMA iP100 Mobile Printer offers optional accessories to enhance productivity based on consumer needs such as an Automobile Power Unit, Bluetooth Unit BU-304 and LK-62 Lithium Ion battery. The PIXMA iP100 Mobile Printer features a standard USB 2.0 Hi-Speed connection.
