BTS, a provider of business simulations and discovery learning solutions, announced Jim Bowles joined BTS USA as a VP to lead initiatives in its leadership and management practice. Bowles most recently was VP of workforce development at AT&T Mobility, where he led divisions of leadership, staffing, learning, and organizational development.

Convergys Corporation announced the election of Willard W. Brittain to its board of directors. Since March 2003, Brittain has served as chairman and CEO of Professional Resources on Demand, an executive search, interim placement, and business advisory firm.

bswift, a Chicago-based provider of HR and benefits software and services, named Patrick McGarrity chief "fun" officer (CFO). He will be responsible for creating a fun work atmosphere designed to attract and retain employees, enhance productivity, and decrease stress levels.

Greg Morris joined Novations Group, a global consulting and training organization based in Boston. In his new position as senior consultant, Morris will work with organizations to build inclusive work environments and improve productivity. Morris previously was a diversity consultant for Agilent Technologies.
