PricewaterhouseCoopers released a suite of educational tools and programs designed to help American accounting students learn the fundamentals of International Financial Reporting Standards (IFRS). The program, IFRS Ready, has tools for professors to use in their classrooms linked to the student materials.
OI Partners, a global talent management and leadership solutions firm, released OI Solutions Development Center, a management and tracking application for business coaching assignments. The Web-based portal is designed to give human resources and management a way to track, manage, and determine return on investment for coaching assignments.
Signature Worldwide, a provider of training and business solutions, launched the Legendary Leader program, intended to help professionals enhance their communication and leadership skills. The course covers topics such as natural behavioral tendencies and how to consciously adapt them as varying situations arise; leadership actions needed to create win/win relationships; and leadership habits versus leadership rituals.
Richardson, a sales training and consulting firm, released "Perfect Selling: Open the Door, Close the Deal," a book by company founder Linda Richardson. The book gives advice to salespeople on how to confidently lead sales calls, achieve objectives, use a structured format to maximize their time, add value to the sales call, deepen relationships with customers, and win more business.
NetSupport released NetSupport School 10, updated classroom monitoring and management software. It features a dedicated technician's console, a student journal, improved print management, keyboard monitoring capabilities, increased Internet security, and content management.
