• CDW Corporation is using the SuccessFactors Performance and Talent Management Suite to create a succession management program that maps out key positions within the company and identifies employees to fill those positions.
• California State University, Fullerton (CSUF) selected the iLinc Communications, Inc., software suite to support projects that will connect students and faculty across multiple campuses. The university will use iLinc for everything from training and distance learning to online science labs and virtual faculty office hours.
• FEMSA, a beverage company in Latin America, deployed the SumTotal TotalLMS solution from SumTotal Systems, Inc., to manage learning in its operating units in Mexico and South America. FEMSA will use TotalLMS as part of a company-wide talent management initiative to standardize HR processes in its operating units.
• The Human Capital Institute (HCI), a global professional association and educator in talent management strategies, and StepStone Solutions, a global provider of integrated talent management solutions, will jointly launch The Four Generation Workforce education and research track. The track is one of several key topics addressed in HCI's Talent Strategy community of interest.
• Systemation, a business analysis and project management training and consulting company, announced that Dimension Data Learning Solutions (DDLS)—an Australian learning solutions provider—would license the company's project management and business analysis training courses and deliver them to the Australian enterprise market.
