New Leadership Simulation Predicts Manager Success

Censeo Corporations validation of TalentSim Leadership Assessment demonstrates a strong relationship between the simulation results and job performance
Censeo Corporation, a provider of innovative employee assessment technologies, announced today that the criterion-related validation study of its TalentSIM Leadership Assessmen, a management simulation tool, showed a strong relationship between assessment scores and leadership performance. The study, conducted over a six-month period, involved a large sample of leaders from seven major organizations across a variety of industries.
