The Incentive Research Foundation Announces New Members to Board of Trustees

Rodger D. Stotz Named Chief Research Officer
The Incentive Research Foundation (IRF) announced on January 29th the new members of its Board of Trustees, while also introducing Rodger D. Stotz as its Chief Research Officer.

Effective immediately, Rodger Stotz will assume the role of Chief Research Officer. With more than 25 years of business experience, Stotz is a leading authority on the subjects of performance management, performance improvement, employee engagement, employee recognition and innovative rewards plans. He was formerly a vice president and managing consultant for Maritz, Inc., a global sales and marketing services company, where he worked with Fortune 1500 companies around the world on the implementation of sales incentives and employee engagement initiatives.

IRF President Frank J. Katusak says, "It truly is a privilege to have Rodger join us at the IRF in this important capacity. In addition, the new IRF 2009 Board of Trustees' members (and respective committee roles) are:
Alynne B. Hanford, Chair of the Nominating Committee. Hanford is Global Sales Manager Group & Meeting Travel for American Airlines. She has just completed a three-year term on the International Association of Exhibitions & Events (IAEE) Board of Directors and is a former IAEE Foundation Trustee.

Matthew S. Harris, member, Research Committee. Harris is Vice President, Marketing for American Express Incentive Services (AEIS). He is also a member of the AEIS Officer Team. Prior to joining American Express, he worked at Maritz, Inc., where he oversaw many primary research studies regarding the incentive industry.
Patrick Pelischek, member, Communications Committee. Pelischek is a Performance Solutions Manager for ITAGroup, Inc. where he works with clients to implement performance improvement programs. He has been in the industry for more than 14 years, developing strategic incentive programs for a range of companies.

Fran Schuster, member, Strategic Development Committee. Schuster is Vice President/Executive Director, Client Services for Maritz, Inc. where she employs her more than 15 years of incentive experience in the design and implementation of client programs. She is a frequent speaker at trade shows, webinars and marketing events in the motivation and incentive industries.

Richard Weinstein, member, Communications Committee. Weinstein is Vice President Sales and Marketing at the Ocean Reef Club. Formally Vice President Corporate and Incentive Sales for Carnival Corporation/Carnival Cruise Lines, he has more than 25 years of experience in the travel industry and is Chairman Ethics Committee and a past member of the International Board of Directors of the Society of Incentive & Travel Executives.
